Hello, everybody. This is my obligatory first post. I'm going to break conventions here and actually do something for my first. Scandalous, I know!
Let's talk about video art for a moment. The first thing that comes to my mind is a pretentious douchehole pretending to be deep via a video camera and a couple unfortunate volunteer actors. Your mileage may vary. Sadly (for me), this is incorrect about 50% of the time, at least in my experience. The good half of those people--that is, the ones that aren't simply penis-wagglers--I can legitimately enjoy. Of the bad half, about 40% of them are what you'd expect.
Then you get to the other 10%.
These are the truly bizarre, nausea-inducing specimens of cosmic horror that make you not only question your sanity, but possibly even your sexuality.
Ready?
Watch it. Enjoy it. Watch it again. Eventually, you won't be able to escape it. Pickly minions of Satan will haunt your dreams while vaguely racist caricatures chant in the background.

Background info:
This is one of several videos created by Tom Rubnitz, a video artist that experimented with drag queen style in the late 80's. He died of fail and AIDS in 1992 (quite literally). All of his videos that I've seen are of the same caliber as Pickle Surprise.
